On Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:30 PM, the International Affairs Section, General Affairs Division, Office of the President, held a meeting with the NBI Youth-Leadership Empowerment Summer Programme. The meeting was led by Ajarn Tonphon Sapnirund, Assistant to the President for International Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Kornkamol Chuchuoy, Assistant to the President for Curriculum and Instruction; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Thuwathida Suwannarat, Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs.

The meeting discussed the Summer Leadership Development Program for youth, organized by the Nation-Building Institute (NBI), designed for undergraduate students both domestically and internationally. The program focuses on developing 21st-century leadership skills, such as entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and innovation, through lectures and training conducted by leading experts, along with opportunities to exchange learning experiences with students from various universities. The objective is to prepare participants to become qualified executives and future leaders. The meeting also included a proposal for establishing an MOU partnership.

The Institute has expressed its intention to collaborate with the University in supporting and developing personnel who are interested in participating in the program, using the University's available budget management. This collaboration will be formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Benefits to the University through this MOU include:

Opportunities for faculty members to participate in the annual international academic conference free of charge, and

The ability for faculty members to present their research and have it published without any publication fees.

This collaboration presents a valuable opportunity to enhance academic capacity and expand international cooperation networks for the University in the future.
