On 16 February 2026 at 1:30 p.m., the International Affairs Section, led by Dr. Napasri Suwanajote, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, chaired the 2nd Sub-Committee for the Review of English-Language Academic Agreements.

The purpose of the meeting was to review and verify the accuracy and consistency of the English versions of the Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) against their Thai counterparts prior to submission to the Academic Council and the University Council for approval.

The Memoranda of Understanding were as follows:

 • The MOU between the Faculty of Law and Universiti Utara Malaysia, Federation of Malaysia.

 • The MOU between the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Pangasinan State University, Republic of the Philippines.

 • The MOU between the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Emilio Aguinaldo College, Republic of the Philippines.

Also in attendance were Prof. Dr. Bussaba Kanoksilapatham, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pawita Khakhai, Ms. Jennilou Thomson Plankriphet, Dr. Angvarrah Lieungnapar, and Ajarn Chuencheewin Yimfuang.
